All Star Panelist Roger Simon Weighs in on Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines Bait and Switch

Live from Music Row Thursday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – host Leahy welcomed all-star panelist and The Epoch Times Senior Editor-At-Large Roger Simon in-studio to discuss the curious case of the FDA approved Comirnaty (COVID-19 vaccine, mRNA)and the EUA authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

Although the vast majority of cases continue to be Delta, representing about 96 percent of cases across the country. The Omicron variant is now estimated to represent about three percent of the cases in the United States. In some areas of the country, the estimates of Omicron are even higher, including in New York and New Jersey.

Leahy: So that is Rochelle Walensky, who has never had a real job. She’s a professor of something somewhere. And she’s now the head of the CDC. Roger, I listened to what she said there about Omicron spreading. And what strikes me is the important facts she doesn’t mention.

Simon: Oh, the Omicron is as tantamount to a cold so far. In fact, I’d like to get it. The reason is it would give me natural immunity, which is considerably better than the shot according to every study.

Leahy: That’s an argument that I’ve heard. There are variations, mutations of this. And then what happens after that is if you get it, you do develop natural immunity. And so I’ve heard others say, well, this might be nature’s way of limiting the spread.

Simon: Might be?

Yes, Every Kid

Leahy: Okay, very good.

Simon: It certainly is. In fact, it was well known to anybody and to all doctors for all my life. I mean, the problem that we’re living in is that we’re now living under socialized medicine that we didn’t want.

The saddest thing is what has happened to many doctors I know because they’re terrified. They’re terrified of what the institutions that employ them are making them say and do.

And this is terrible for the patient and terrible for the doctor. I’ve never seen anything like it in my lifetime. I grew up in a medical family.

Leahy: Your dad was a very well-known doctor in Manhattan. Now it does talk to the issue of the politicization of everything scientific, which is deadly. Deadly.

Simon: Disaster.

Leahy: Roger, you have covered the COVID issue quite extensively. I’ve got a story here that we broke in Ohio, and we’re going to follow up here in Tennessee, but it’s very interesting. And we’ve got some information that I don’t think many people are familiar with.

You’re familiar with the topic. You may be familiar with this, but let’s see. A large Ohio hospital system is still distributing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine that’s not fully approved by the FDA. Let me read the story.

One of Ohio’s largest hospital systems is not distributing the Food and Drug Administration’s fully approved COVID-19 vaccine, it confirmed to The Ohio Star. That’s the sister publication that we own in Ohio.

“As of today’s stock, we are currently distributing the Pfizer vaccine that does not have the Comirnaty, C-O-M-I-R-N-A-T-Y, branding label. That’s what Katie Logan, a spokeswoman for Ohio Health, said.”

Now Ohio Health owns and operates 12 hospitals and has a whole bunch of employees up there and in addition, they run their Ohio University and other medical facilities.

This is interesting and here’s the difference. So there are two different products. There’s one called the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine that is authorized by the FDA for emergency use. It’s called the EUA labeled product. That’s what’s currently being shipped.

In August, the FDA authorized the Comirnaty native version of it. That’s not being shipped. Very interesting. So this is what Pfizer told us yesterday. ‘The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine EUA labeled product is currently being shipped.

However, that the Comirnaty vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine have the same formulation and can be used interchangeably. They’re made using the same processes, and there are no differences between them in safety or effectiveness.

Simon: We are told.

Leahy: However, a federal district court ruled just recently in a Department of Defense case, they are legally separate. They are legally distinct products.

Simon: Does that mean they are chemically distinct?

Leahy: I don’t know.

Simon: That’s the big question.

Leahy: It is the big question, isn’t it?

Simon: The other thing that’s going on? It’s very interesting. I wrote a column about it in The Epoch Times. I think it’s up there right now is that parents are resisting strongly getting their kids shot in the five to 11-year-old category.

I think this is a very good trend because we do not know what these mRNA vaccines will do long range and to the degree that they are going to affect the reproductive system. And these are all kids that we hope someday will have children and repopulate our country in the world.

Leahy: And we don’t know what those impacts are. What’s interesting is the key question is how different is the Comirnaty FDA fully approved vaccine from the Pfizer Bio and Tech emergency approved vaccine?

An attorney, this won’t surprise you, by the name of Robert Barnes. You may have seen him. He’s a commentator you see all over the place. Here’s what he described this as. And remember now, since August, Pfizer has not been shipping the FDA-approved version.

Okay, there’s a reason I think for it, but they’ve been shipping the emergency. So if you go in today in Ohio and we’re finding out in Tennessee, my guess is probably true in Tennessee and you ask for the Pfizer vaccine you are given, not the FDA-approved version.

Simon: The new version.

Leahy: Yeah. You are given the emergency use. Here’s what Robert Barnes said. I’d like to get your reaction. It is an illicit bait and switch. There is no FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine available in the US.

The unavailable FDA biologic license approved drug is not medically identical and has to abide by different manufacturing standards. As important, wait for it…you have fewer legal rights and fewer legal remedies when you take a EUA drug than a biologically licensed drug.

Simon: That’s interesting. The other part of it is, of course, you don’t know what you’re taking. I probably took the Comirnaty because I took mine way back in February.

Leahy: Well, if you took yours in February you took the emergency use. Nobody has the FDA approved, Pfizer isn’t shipping it.  We don’t even know if they’ve produced it.

Simon: But what does FDA-approved even mean? What we’re dealing with is something that’s very spooky. Because if you talk about the deep state, this is the deepest state.

These people who are in these organizations, like the FDA, have been in there forever. Speaking of sports, the great late Chick Hearn would have said, since Hector was a pup.

Leahy: Since Hector was a pup! Here’s an LA reference. Wasn’t he the play-by-play guy for the Lakers?

Simon: Lakers. He was the most famous commentator for years. Very colorful guy.

Leahy: Very colorful guy. This is all very troubling. Don’t you think Roger?

Simon: Troubling is an understatement? We’re living underwater. We don’t know what the hell is happening.

Leahy: I do think what this does, though. I think it adds heft to the arguments opposing vaccine mandates if you’re being given the emergency use vaccine mandate and you think it’s the fully approved FDA.

Simon: It adds a lot of heft.

Comirnaty- must be one of those “equity and inclusion” labels. Sounds like e-bonics for community.
